The cylinder head has been prepared - the valves are installed,  Gordon and Oscar now tackle the job of installing the cylinder sleeves in the engine block.

'We make a start on the engine. First job is to install the cylinder liners. But it doesn't go according to the plan! Watch as we install and measure the sleeve protrusion - a very important spec that needs to be right. '
