How to Remove A Tractor Battery

If you need to remove a tractor battery follow these steps:

• Place an adjustable wrench on the negative terminal and turn it anti-clockwise to loosen.(-)
• Loosen the positive, red battery cable (+)*
• Pull each battery cable up and off the old battery.
•  Always remove the negative cable first to avoid causing a short in the system or injury.

*always check your battery markings to confirm which is positive and which is negative
