COVID-19 Update
We wanted to let you know that there is no operational disruption to our services and we currently remain unaffected by the COVID-19 Virus. We will monitor official information from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. We have put precautionary safety measures in place to keep our team safe and to ensure we can maintain business continuity.
With thousands of parts in our warehouse and new products arriving every week, we are well stocked to meet your order requirements. We will do our utmost to ensure your orders will be delivered on time. We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and to thank our colleagues who are all working incredibly hard to ensure we can continue to serve our customers well. In the meantime, we hope all our customers stay safe.
As of 07/05/2020 our Service levels are:
• Parts Levels - Normal
• Staff Levels – Warehouse: full capacity. Orders are going out at same speed as normal. Office: short staffed as people working from home or isolated. Taking a little longer to respond to calls and emails.
• Service Levels – DPD: Normal. Royal Mail: currently experiencing delays

Dispatch
Our couriers are currently fully operational, and we commit to ensuring these are as quick as possible.

Anglo Agriparts aims to maintain operations, service and support functions to continue to be able to supply our food producers with replacement parts.
